What should we eat healthy? Children should eat a variety of different foods to be healthy,we really don’t need to eat treats. Eating healthy makes our bodies grow and makes our brain work and learn a lot.
Fats and sugar are needed eaten everyday, but only in limited amounts. The best drinks for kids are milk and water , juice and fizzy should be left for treats.
Eating healthy makes you live right !! Also eating healthy gives you energy and makes your body work well and to make your brain work and learn. Having a healthy diet makes you live right.
