Meteor

A huge meteor exploded over Auckland and as far south as Wellington, it was described as the size of a desk. The bright flashing light was booming in the dark sky. The Sonic Boom was heard in Raglan.

Blog Transition

Early one Tuesday morning thirty two eager children had transitioned google apps by clicking links, we had done so much online learning today, there was so much listening to the teacher.
At the end there were a few children that had some trouble, but all worked out in the end. This had made our class’ life easier. We had all listened carefully to our teacher Miss King. We listened carefully so that we knew what to do next.

My Lolly Cake Story

What is New Zealand only lolly?

I have just been on Google search to find out information about lollies , and the link we found was lollie cake, I have just found out about what is the lolly that was made in New Zealand.

link: http://kiwidutch.wordpress.com/2010/04/13/new-zealand-lolly-cake/

This is what information we were looking for. This picture nearly made feel like eating it.
This is the website I had got onto Google then I went to write What is NZ only lolly? Then I found
this information:

1/4 pound butter (4 oz / 100g)
Lolly Cake in New Zealand is a national institution. But first I need to inform you of one small thing if you ever want to make this yourself: It uses a specific biscuit (cookie) and only one sort, to give it it’s very distinctive taste. These biscuits are Griffins “Malt biscuits”. If you are not living in New Zealand or Australia and you want to make real Lolly Cake with the real Lolly Cake flavour then you’d have to order Griffins Malt Biscuits via the internet. The specialty of the Griffins Malt biscuits that the unique flavour cuts the sweetness of the lollies (sweets/candy). It gives a nice balance of flavours that is rather different from anything else you will have ever tasted. Yum! It’s not for nothing that this recipe is such a favourite and can be found as a regular item on every Birthday Party buffet table. NEW ZEALAND LOLLY CAKE 1/4 pound butter (4 oz / 100g)

My Netbook Reflection

I am so happy that from week 4 to week 7 that I do not need help from Miss King. I am so happy that Miss King has taught us how to reconnect and disconnect. When we are learning we are copying things to our blog. It is very fun in week 4 to week 5 that I do not need help from Miss King any more. Only when there’s something that I have to reconnect and disconnect. It is fun playing on Cool maths games .com.

It is very fun playing on my netbook because this is my first time having one this is very fun and I am having a good time with my netbook I get to do anything with it but except for going on YouTube, It is very fun Changing our Background’s , this is fun that we use our our little laptop to write and type our writing to our blog and it is also fun get to be having our own blog, having a blog is to show the world what we are doing and show what we have been learning at school.

I like to do lots of interesting thing’s on my netbook because it is fun taking lots and lots of pictures of our selves, a netbook is a little kind of a laptop we call it a netbook because we use the internet so many times that is why.

Miss King is my teacher!
